Educational Objectives
Upon completion of this symposium, participants should be better able to:
• Identify options for systemic therapy for melanoma and how treatment may be influenced by patient factors.
• Assess current implementation of genetic profile testing in melanoma.
• Implement guidelines for surgical management of head and neck melanomas.
• Discuss results of multicenter selective lymphadenectomy trials and the current role of lymph node dissection.
