Cancellation Notice

We are sad to inform you that we are canceling the Primary Care Focus Symposium scheduled for July 10-12, 2020.

Baptist Health CME leadership, along with our government and other international organizations, have been monitoring worldwide developments related to COVID-19. It is because of their strong advise and restrictions on staff travel, along with avoiding large group gatherings, that it was decided it was no longer safe to hold our annual symposium.

Please contact the hotel regarding the cancelation of your room reservation. Should you decide to keep your room reservation, we are pleased to let you know that the Ritz-Carlton Naples is extending the Baptist Health group rate at the Beach Resort during our symposium dates at the $249 nightly group rate + applicable taxes. If you would like to take advantage of this option, please email your request directly to: rc.rswrz.reservations@ritzcarlton.com and note you would like to book under the Baptist Health Primary Care Focus rate. This email address is monitored daily and the hotel will quickly respond to you with a confirmation.

Registration fees will be fully refunded. You will receive an email when the refund has been processed.

We hope that you join us next year at the Ritz-Carlton Naples for an exciting program.
