International Attendees

We are pleased to offer letters of invitation to attendees who require them. Complete the form below and we will generate your letter of invitation. When you receive the letter, please print it and use it to obtain your travel documents.

If you need letters of invitation for those traveling with you, please submit a separate request for each person, as the decision to issue a visa is the sole judgment of the local embassy or consulate. Baptist Health South Florida is not able to assist with the actual visa process.
